Intune Performance Degradation – Device Enrolments

Issue: We are currently aware of an Intune performance issue affecting device enrolments across the tenant.
Latest Update: Microsoft have confirmed an issue impacting Dynamic Group processing within the Intune tenant, which is causing delays to device enrolments beyond the standard Microsoft SLA (24 hours).
Current Status: Microsoft are actively investigating the underlying cause. Further technical detail is expected once their Engineering teams are fully engaged.
Impact:
- Devices affected: Windows, iOS and Android
- Scope: Tenant-wide, impacting multiple organisations
- User experience: Device enrolments may take longer than expected to complete
What local administrators should do :
- Be aware that enrolment delays are expected until Microsoft confirms resolution
- Avoid repeated re-enrolment attempts unless advised, as this may not speed up processing
