Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Some users may see stale or delayed data in the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard within Microsoft Viva Insights.

Current Update: 08/04/2026 08:25:00 AMMicrosoft has determined that a dependency issue in the pipeline responsible for this function was resulting in this impact. While they were in the process of developing next steps, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. The root cause has been addressed through their automated recovery systems, but the backlog of data needs to be processed in order to fully remediate this impact. Service health telemetry indicates that this backlog has been processed for 67 percent of users, and they will anticipate that it will have completed processing for the remaining portion of affected users by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this issue, and users are unable to release or preview quarantined ZAP email messages from the Microsoft Defender for Office 365 security center. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent update to the service infrastructure that supports quarantined email messages contained a code issue, leading to impact.
