Issue Description: Users may experience incomplete meeting recordings in Microsoft Teams.

More info: When a meeting generates multiple recording files some files contain the correct video content. The final saved files only include transcripts without any video.

Current Update: 06/04/2026 09:14:00 AM–Microsoft are entering an extended period of monitoring to ensure their configuration correction has fully remediated the issue and meeting recordings are being saved with transcripts and video as expected.

Root cause: A configuration discrepancy within the Microsoft Teams recording service during internal processing is causing some meeting recordings to be saved without video content while transcripts were generated as expected.
