www.nhs.net and web.nhs.net URL change

As part of our ongoing transition to the new NHS.net Connect service, we have updated two legacy web addresses – www.nhs.net and web.nhs.net.

This change is part of a broader move towards NHS.net Connect becoming the primary user experience, where we have previously outlined various redirects would occur.

These public-facing URLs are not specific to migrated or non-migrated users – they have simply been aligned to the new service as we continue the transition.

There is no impact to existing services:

Access to portal.nhs.net remains unchanged
Both Portal and Connect continue to run in parallel
Users can sign in without issue to either site/portal regardless of their migration status.
