Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: : Some users attempting to export Power BI reports into .pdf or .pptx format encounter intermittent failures.

Current Update: 31/03/2026 08:56:00 AM–Microsoft are reverting the offending service update and expect this process to complete by our next scheduled update, after which we’ll validate that this has remediated impact through testing with a subset of users.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to export Power BI reports into .pdf or .pptx format are impacted. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A service update introduced a problematic scenario within the request flow leveraged for the export of Power BI in some cases involving longer or more complex reports being processed into .pdf or .pptx format, resulting in impact.
