Issue Description: We are aware that some user accounts are stuck in a “Restoring” state for more than 2 hours.

Current Update:

Final Update:- 25/03/2026 05:00 AM – Mitigative steps have been taken overnight and the impact of the issue has been fully resolved. All accounts have been restored and are showing as “Active”. We will continue to work with the engineers to understand the underlying root cause and to prevent recurrence going forward.
