Issue Description: We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of recently migrated organisations, where some Local Administrators may have limited access to Admin Hub functionality. The Admin Hub service remains available; however, a subset of admin accounts may not have all permissions applied as expected. We are working with our supplier to investigate the cause and are actively remediating affected admin accounts to restore full access.

If you are a Local Administrator and believe your Admin Hub access is incomplete, please raise a ticket via Support Hub so this can be investigated.

Current Update: 23/03/2026 13:30 PM: We are working closely with our suppliers to get to the bottom of this issue and mitigate it as soon as possible. Further updates will be made available once the investigation is complete or if there is a change in status.
