Issue Description: Some users see additional Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat agents available to use.

Final Update: 11/03/2026 08:57:00 AM –Microsoft has determined that a recent Copilot Chat service update contained a misconfiguration for returning available agents, resulting in impact. They have reverted the update and confirmed that the additional agents are no longer appearing as available to use.

Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any Copilot Chat user.

Root cause: A recent Copilot Chat service update contained a misconfiguration for returning available agents, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing our update testing and validation process to better detect issues such as this prior to deployment as to prevent similar future occurrences.
