Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby the nhs.net Portal is not accessible.  Some users may experience a “Service is unavailable”.

Current Update: 06/03/2026 10:00 AM – Following the mitigative actions taken this morning, and no further recurrence of issues post these actions, this incident has now been closed.
