Issue Description: We have received a small number of reports from end users suggesting that there is a delay to sent mails being received by the intended recipient.
Current Update: 26/02/2026 15:00 PM: The root cause has been identified, and mitigation is underway to minimise end‑user impact. The issue is due to an upstream condition driving excessive load on a single server and is being investigated by the service owners. Interim safeguards are being applied to protect the platform until the underlying issue is resolved.
