Issue Description: We have received a small number of reports from end users suggesting that there is a delay to mail delivery.

Current Update: 04/03/2026 09:30 AM: The backlog of processing mails caused by the initial root cause has now cleared and mails are processing without delays. We are working in collaboration with NHS England to identify the organisation contact so we can work closely with them to understand the upstream issue that resulted in end user impact on the NHS.net platform. We will continue to monitor the situation.
