Issue Description: Intermittent flow execution delays and failures.

Final Update: 16/02/2026 08:53:00 AM – Microsoft were alerted to an issue where flows were intermittently delayed and may have failed due to a timeout their investigation identified that an increase in service traffic exhausted resources in the service infrastructure used to process flow executions. They have applied a configuration update to balance the resource usage in the affected service infrastructure and, following this, confirmed via service diagnostic analysis that the issue was resolved.
