Issue Description: Users may have experienced failures or timeouts while accessing Copilot.
Current Update: 16/02/2026 08:43:00 AM – After a period of extended monitoring and targeted restarts, Microsoft has validated that the service has been restored.
Scope of impact: Impact was largely to users and organizations located in Europe, though users in other regions may have experienced impact as well.
Next Steps: Microsoft will provide a preliminary Post-Incident Report within two business days and a final Post-Incident Report within five business days.
