Information – Egress/Knowbe4 Large File Transfer Service – Scheduled Maintenance

Description: To ensure the Egress/Knowbe4 Large File Transfer Service continue to function without issue, an upgrade to the gateway software version is required . This upgrade is planned to occur on Wednesday February 18,2026 between 19:00 to 21:00.
Expected Downtime: 15 minutes
How does this affect me?
During the software upgrade, users may be unable to authenticate via the Large File Transfer Service (LFTS). Users that have already authenticated to the Egress/Knowbe4 Large File Transfer Service prior to the upgrade, will be able to utilise the service as normal. Mail flow may also be temporarily delayed. Any emails sent during the upgrade will be queued and will resume processing once the software upgrade has completed.
What action do I need to take?
No action is required ahead of this maintenance.
