Issue Description: Users were unable to access your environment.

Current Update: 13/01/2026 08:44:00 AM – Microsoft’s has identified that a misconfiguration was applied during a recent deployment for a network configuration update, leading to endpoint failures when accessing your environment. They corrected the misconfiguration, restoring access.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
