Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may be unable to use the AI features in the Create module of Microsoft Copilot.

Final Update: 13/01/2026 08:54:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed our fix to address the impact caused by the recent code change has completed deploying to the affected environment and the issue has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to use the AI features in the Create module of Microsoft Copilot may have been impacted by this event.

Root cause: A recent code change intended to introduce a toggle that disables the AI features in the Create module was causing the previously available AI features to been hidden and inaccessible for all users, which resulted in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing our update procedures to ensure similar issues are caught and addressed ahead of any code changes to prevent this from happening again.
