Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users utilising Fabric Activator rules won’t see actions triggering and will see errors in their live feed.

Final Status Update: 07/01/2025 09:02:00 AM – After a period of monitoring service health, Microsoft has confirmed that allocating additional resources to process the Activator rules events successfully remediated the impact and they have determined that this issue is resolved.

Scope of impact: Your organisation was affected by this event, and the issue impacted any user with applied Fabric Activator rules.

Root cause: A portion of infrastructure supporting the processing of Fabric Activator rules was performing below the expected service threshold, causing latency and errors.

Next steps: Microsoft are continuing our investigation into the affected subset of service infrastructure to understand what caused it to begin operating in a suboptimal state to better detect and prevent issues like this from occurring in the future.
