Issue Description: Users may have received an error when creating a new agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

More Info: Affected users received the following error:

“There was a problem creating your agent.

Try again in a little bit.”

As a workaround, affected users were able to create an agent via the “Create a blank agent” button.

Final Update: 11/12/2025 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft have identified that a recent service update introduced a code regression that resulted in impact. They deployed a fix and verified through diagnostic analysis that functionality has been restored.

Next Steps: We’re reviewing our update procedures to find ways to prevent this problem from happening again.
