– Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 app (app, client app, Win32 app)
– Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 apps
Users may see the error message “Sorry, I wasn’t able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with”
Current Update: 10/12/2025 09:06:00 AM – Microsoft have identified a recent traffic balancing policy change which caused a dependent portion of service infrastructure to become imbalanced.
