Issue Description: Users are experiencing degraded performance across multiple services.
Final Update: 25/11/2025 08:45:00 AM – After a period of monitoring telemetry, Microsoft have confirmed that Power Platform, Power Apps, Canvas Designer, and MCS scenario functionality has been restored.
Root cause: Capacity constraints within a portion of the database infrastructure responsible for Power Platform, Power Apps, Canvas Designer, and Microsoft Copilot Studio scenario functionality.
Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar issues in the future
