Issue Description: Users may be unable to delete a user from the contact list within Outlook on the web.

Final Update: 17/12/2025 12:54:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix has been fully deployed and that impact is resolved.

Scope of impact: Users attempting to remove users from the contact list within Outlook on the web may be impacted.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their Microsoft Entra ID contacts procedures to help prevent this problem from happening again.
