Issue Description: Users that call the DeviceHealthScript Graph API for Microsoft Intune with an app auth token may fail with a 500 error.

More info: Specifically, users attempting to call the DeviceHealthScript Graph API using an app auth token may encounter failures when running any associated operations, such as list, get, update, create, and delete, and may receive a 500 error.

Final Update: 13/11/2025 09:35:00 AM – Microsoft have successfully completed deploying the fix to the remaining affected infrastructure, and confirmed after a period of monitoring service health, that impact has been resolved.

Scope of impact: Users attempting to call the DeviceHealthScript Graph API using an app auth token for any associated operations, such as list, get, update, create, and delete, may be impacted.

Root cause: A code regression within the most recent update to the Microsoft Intune service is resulting in impact.
