Issue Description: Users may experience delays in the “Shared with Me” page.

The “Shared with me” page is accessed via the Settings > Accounts tab when accessed using the new Outlook for Windows desktop app and Outlook for the web.
Final Update: 14/11/2025 08:05:00 AM – Microsoft determined that the Exchange Online Shared With Me feature is healthy. While earlier telemetry suggested intermittent delays, further assessment confirmed that the initial availability metrics were inaccurate. They’ve verified that the service is healthy.
Scope of impact: Some users may experience intermittent delays in the “Shared with Me” page. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.
Root cause: A recent update to the Software Development Kit (SDK) library introduced a code error which is resulting in the impact.
