Issue Description: Some users may experience issues accessing mailboxes via one or more connection methods in Exchange Online.

Final Update: 02/10/2025 15:00:00 PM – Microsoft have identified a possible configuration change that may be causing impact and are reviewing this change to confirm this theory and to identify a mitigation plan.
