NHSmail Intune: Enrollment Status Page (ESP) Fails to Load for Some Devices in Windows Autopilot.
Some users are experiencing issues where their devices do not load the Enrollment Status Page (ESP) during the Windows Autopilot process.
Message: This issue specifically affects devices running Windows 10 with OS builds 19044.6332 or 19045.6332.
While we work on a permanent fix, we recommend that impacted users roll back to a previously stable version by following the instructions in the links below:
- August 26, 2025 – KB5063842 (OS Build 19045.6282 Preview)
- August 12, 2025 – KB5063709 (OS Builds 19044.6216 & 19045.6216)
Current Status: Microsoft have completed validation of our fix and confirmed it effectively resolves the issue. We’re now preparing it for deployment and will share an updated rollout timeline in our next scheduled update.
User Impact: Affected users are unable to load the ESP during device setup with Windows Autopilot
