NHSmail Reference: INC46620574
Microsoft Reference: FL1147380
Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: Users will experience an error when saving solution flows that contain connections in a non-draft form.
More info: This issue is only occurring when drafts and versioning is disabled for users.
Users may observe the following error:
\’Connection ‘ConnectionName’ to ‘ConnectorName’ cannot be used to activate this flow, either because this is not a valid connection or because it is not a connection you have access permission for. Either replace the connection with a valid connection you can access or have the connection owner activate the flow, so the connection is shared with you in the context of this flow.’
As a workaround, users can enable the ‘Use new versioning experience with Save draft and Publish for solution flows’ setting found under the gear icon in the Power Automate portal (make.powerautomate.com).
Final Update: 04/09/2025 12:50:00 PM – The rollback of the service update completed. Microsoft have confirmed via service diagnostic review that users are no longer experiencing errors when saving solution flows that contain connections in a non-draft form.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
