Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We have received reports of an issue related to the creation of new User Accounts, and the initiation of the Joiner, Mover, Leaver process on the NHS.net Portal.

Final Update: 23/08/2025 08:00:00 AM: Following a period of monitoring overnight with no further issues reported, this incident has been closed as Resolved. Engineers continue to investigate the root cause of the issue but mitigative steps have been successful.
