Issue Description: Users will receive an error when calling a Microsoft Power Automate flow in Microsoft Power Apps.

More info: Users received the following error message when triggering Microsoft Power Automate flows in Microsoft Power Apps:
“The request failed with client error: ”Input parameters were invalid.””

Final Update: 23/07/2025 08:35:00 AM – Microsoft have completed reverting the service update and have confirmed impact was remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and any user attempting to trigger a Microsoft Power Automate flow in Microsoft Power Apps was impacted.

Root cause: A recent service update introduced a code regression that was impacting the connector used to invoke Microsoft Power Automate flows in Microsoft Power Apps.

Next steps: To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing their update release procedures to identify regressions before being deployed.
