Issue Description: Some users were unable to expand matrix visual rows with multiple selections in Power BI.

Final Update: 16/07/2025 09:10:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that a recent standard service update inadvertently enabled a feature switch which ran on an outdated code version instead of the intended code version, resulting in impact. They’ve disabled the offending feature switch for the affected regions and confirmed after monitoring that impact had been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users located in North America and the United Kingdom attempting to expand matrix visual rows with multiple selections in Power BI.

Root cause: A recent standard service update inadvertently enabled a feature switch which ran on an outdated code version instead of the intended code version.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
