Issue Description: Users” time zone and work hours may not be appearing on their profile card in the Microsoft Teams.

Current Update: 11/04/2025 09:06:00 AM – Microsoft are continue to review service telemetry as the deployed fix progresses, and continue to assess further actions to implement to expedite the process of mitigation.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view time zone and work hours on profile cards in the Microsoft Teams desktop client may be impacted

Root cause: A recent service change designed to improve the language translation function introduced a regression that’s causing impact.
