Issue Description: We aware of an intermittent issue where some users are unable to connect to send.nhs.net.
Final Update: 25/03/2025 15:15:00 PM – Engineers have now resolved the issue that was causing connectivity issues with send.nhs.net. Users should no longer be impacted with emails sending normally.
