Issue Description: Some users may be unable to utilize the search function in Exchange Online.

Current Update: 14/02/2025 08:36:00 AM – Microsoft previously mentioned reversion of the update leading to impact has reached approximately 50 percent of the affected service infrastructure. Some users may experience early relief as the fix progresses throughout the impacted environments.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent deployment to a portion of the service infrastructure that supports search functionality was causing the service infrastructure to operate inefficiently while the changes from the deployment saturated, resulting in impact.
