We have planned maintenance for the Windows 365 service to improve performance and system reliability occurring soon. Maintenance will be conducted during non-business hours in each region’s local time zone to help minimize any impact on your organization.

Start time: December 9, 2024
End Time: December 13, 2024

Impact: For all Windows 365 Customers

During this time, users may experience brief disconnections followed by automatic reconnections, which could occur multiple times if connected to a server undergoing a restart. The anticipated duration of noticeable impact is approximately 3 hours.

What do I need to do to prepare for this change?

Please ensure your helpdesk and end-users are informed of these potential disruptions. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we complete this important maintenance.
