Issue Description: Users using the Immersive Reader feature in Forms may face issues when trying to enable it.

Final Update: 09/12/2024 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that a code misconfiguration pointed the service to the wrong authentication component resulting in impact. They created and deployed a fix that has corrected the configuration and remediated impact.

Scope of impact: Impact could affect any user who is attempting to enable the Immersive Reader feature.

Root cause: A code misconfiguration pointed the service to the wrong authentication component, resulting in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their configuration change validation procedures to detect and prevent similar issues from being deployed to the service in the future.
