Issue Description: Users may be unable to schedule new end-to-end encrypted meetings in Microsoft Teams.

Current Update: 21/11/2024 08:50:00 AM – Microsoft have developed a fix to address this issue and they are in the initial stages of deploying it to the affected environment. They anticipate that this deployment should complete and fully resolve the issue by their next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Impact may occur for any user attempting to schedule new end-to-end encrypted meetings in Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A recent feature update to enhance encryption functionality in Microsoft Teams inadvertently resulted in impact.
