Issue Description: Users in the Europe region may be unable to use or install any third-party applications within Microsoft Teams.

More info: Users may also be unable to use any application leveraged by Microsoft.

Current Update: 06/11/2024 13:05:00 PM – Microsoft are reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and determine our next troubleshooting steps.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure in the Europe region attempting to use third-party applications within Microsoft Teams.
