Issue Description: Users may be unable to check-in their Intune devices.

Final Update: 29/10/2024 11:40:00 AM Microsoft have successfully rerouted user traffic to alternate healthy infrastructure, and confirmed following a period monitoring the service environment that impact to end users has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure in Europe.

Root cause: An unexpected issue occurring within a section of infrastructure responsible for regulating user device check-in was causing impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar impact in the future.
