Issue Status: RESOLVED

Description: We are aware of an issue with access to certain Portal admin functions on the NHSmail platform. The root cause of the issue is believed to be the same as was seen on the 17th of September, but further investigation will be focused on confirming that.

Impact: Impacted users would have received an error message stating “Oops something has gone wrong. Please try again!”

Final Update: 22/10/2024 19:25:00 PM – Remedial action to restore service has completed and services have been fully restored. Accenture engineers are actively engaged with Microsoft.
