Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an intermittent issue preventing users from being able to search for and locate users via the User and Mailbox List search page within the NHSmail Portal UI. We are investigating urgently to identify the root cause of the issue and appreciate your patience. Mitigative measures are being implemented to hopefully clear the issue but further updates will be given as soon as additional information is available. Impacted users will receive an error message stating “Oops something has gone wrong. Please try again!”

Final Update: 05/10/2024 03:30:00 AM – Engineers have identified the issue that was causing users to be unable to utilise the NHSmail Portal search function to locate accounts and organisations within the NHSmail Portal. Engineers have performed the necessary remedial action which has now resolved the issue.
