Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an intermittent Portal slowness issue where some pages may take some time to load and/or show as blank.

Current Update:30/09/2024 09:51:00 AM: Engineers investigated the issue and took mitigative steps to remove the cause of the issue. Since taking these steps, Portal functionality has returned to normal and is working as expected. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.
