Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Some users are unable to share or send email messages to Microsoft Teams channels.

More info: Users have reported that they aren’t receiving or seeing the email messages displayed in Microsoft Teams channels.

Current Update: 27/09/2024 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft have completed development of their previously mentioned fix, and they’re proceeding with validation before beginning deployment to the impacted service environments. They anticipate that the fix will be fully deployed by their next scheduled communication update, at which time they’ll monitor our service health telemetry to confirm that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to share or send email messages to Microsoft Teams channels are impacted.
