Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an intermittent issue preventing users from being able to search for and locate users via the User and Mailbox List search page within the NHSmail Portal UI. We are investigating urgently to identify the root cause of the issue and appreciate your patience. Mitigative measures are being implemented to hopefully clear the issue but further updates will be given as soon as additional information is available. Impacted users will receive an error message stating “Oops something has gone wrong. Please try again!”

Final Update: 19/09/2024 12:53:00 PMAfter a period of heightened monitoring, no further issues have been observed relating to NHSmail Portal functionality. The Accenture teams are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue and will be continuing to closely monitor for any reoccurrences.
