Issue Description: Users may be unable to enable or disable the Events from email feature within Outlook on the web.

Current Update: 04/07/2024 08:40:00 AM – While Microsoft are continuing their review of the network traces provided by your representatives, they’ve applied configuration changes to the portion of infrastructure to provide relief to the deployment issue and remediate impact for the remaining users.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event, and admins can’t utilize the eDiscovery (Premium) custodian API.

Root cause: A change of the SDK version conflicts with the Events in Outlook on the web, resulting in impact.
