Issue Description: Some users’ Microsoft Teams meeting add-in (TMA) is missing from the Outlook desktop client.

Final Update: 11/07/2024 08:54:00 AM – Microsoft deployed a fix and monitored service health telemetry to confirm TMA is visible and functioning as expected in the Outlook desktop client.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users’ TMA is missing from the Outlook desktop client.

Root cause: A recent change, intended to improve the user experience through integration with the new Microsoft Teams, removed some data required for Outlook app integration, leading to impact.
