Issue Description: Users may see delays of up to 20 minutes when sending and receiving Exchange Online email messages.

Final Update: 14/05/2024 09:31:00 AM – Microsoft identified a code issue that caused these delays and they have created and deployed a code fix that they confirmed remediated impact.

Scope of impact: Any user sending or receiving email in Exchange Online may be affected by this event.
