Issue Description: Users may be experiencing slow-running flows.

Final Update: 17/04/2024 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed, following comprehensive service diagnostic review, that functionality has been restored following the network configuration changes.

Root Cause: A portion of the network infrastructure entered an offline state.

Next steps: Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
