Issue Description: Users may be unable to view or use the scroll bar after composing an Outlook on the web email using the “To” button.
More info: Specifically, the scroll bar for contact lists may not appear and while we work on remediation, users may be able to search for the intended user or utilize the desktop client as interim workarounds.
Final Update: 19/04/2024 10:55:00 AM – Microsoft have received confirmation from affected users representatives that their mitigation was effective, and impact has been remediated.
Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure who is attempting to compose an email using the “To” button may be impacted.
Root cause: A recent service update contained a code regression, which was resulting in impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
