Issue Status: FALSE POSITIVE

Issue Description: Microsoft Bookings confirmation email messages may have meeting join links that are broken.

Final Update: 22/03/2024 10:04:00 AM – Microsoft reviewed the failures and have determined that this issue is actually by-design, due to links only being provided when the user assigned to the appointment has a valid Teams license. The investigation is complete and they have determined the service is healthy. A service incident did not actually occur.

Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any user receiving confirmation email messages from Microsoft Bookings with meeting join links
