Final Update: 22/01/2024 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft’s review of service telemetry data indicated a portion of upstream infrastructure that facilitates operations on premium capacities fell below their manageable service performance thresholds, which resulted in impact. They have repaired the upstream service issue and confirmed impact has been remediated.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to East US and West Europe regions.
