Issue Description: Users’ changes to Microsoft Planner tasks may not synchronize to all To Do apps.
Final Update: 16/10/2023 09:10:00 AM – The revert has completed successfully and Microsoft have confirmed that impact has been resolved.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure and are attempting to update, delete, or make changes to Microsoft Planner tasks.
Root cause: A recent service update, intended to fix an unrelated Planner integration problem in a specific environment, has caused a synchronization issue between Microsoft Planner and To Do apps.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update features and procedures to help prevent this issue from happening again.
